The first episode, called My Pillow Bed, featured Tom’s owner and guest enjoying a sleepover. It was very entertaining. After the party, the guys began to talk about all of the fun they had and one of the guests was Rick Timmons from “The Incredible Hulk.” The conversation was lighthearted and included funny jokes. The second episode involved the team chasing down a prank caller who called them numerous times a day. The guys had a great chase to find out who the person was.

This series has had a joke that has been played repeatedly about “itting in class”. The fifth season episode titled Class Act features Jack and Deb discussing what to do with a gift they received from their grandmother. The ladies suggested that they receive a stuffed animal as a reward and embark on a treasure hunt to find it. Jack declared that he’d love to talk to a cat, so he went off and bought himself an My Pillow Cat. Deb was very excited about this and even asked where she could buy one.

In the third episode of; The Talking Cat, Deb and her friend faced a hoarder. The person who was a hoarder was called Mr. Squigly and he resided in an apartment. Mr. Squigly was known for having a bathroom in the kitchen all the time. When the women asked his reason, he said that he needed to go to the bathroom in the evening. The women tried to talk with him, but he resisted them. They gave Mr. Squigly their latest gift which was a cat that talks!

Mr. Squigly was so insane that he chased after the talking cat. It scared him away. The cat that was talking returned minutes later, unscathed. Mr. Squigly was so impressed, he showed the ladies his brand new talking cat doll. The fourth episode of season 4, titled: Scrubs, featured Deb’s unusual experience at the hospital. Deb was talking to Debbie about her new puppy, named Ace.

When other nurses and doctors found out that it was actually Ace it sparked a major scandal. An employee named Ellen came into the room to speak to Deb and explained to her that she had gotten the same stuffed animal from the same shop and that was an unnatural event that was not connected to her job. Deb later spoke about the incident on the radio, and that she had purchased the talk cat toy from the same store. Everyone was talking about it ever since. It was amazing to see how simple things can have such an impact on people.

Talking Cats started off on a great note and was an enormous success in seasons four and five. The show ended on a fantastic season five episode entitled: Nobody’s Laughing With The Crazy Woman.
