The Talking Dog is a unique and fun method of teaching your dog basic communication skills. This video is a great opportunity for your dog to learn to communicate with you and other people. You will also be able to teach your dog the difference between saying “no” or “OK”. You’ll learn some fascinating facts about dogs and their language through this video. This video will help your dog master speaking. According to the saying, they are listening!
Hans Pastusz Rohen, an animal behaviorist and award-winning animal behaviorist, created the Talking Dog video. He is a specialist in understanding the psychology of dogs and how they apply complex math to solve problems. His research has been recognized with numerous awards, including the 1999 Breakthrough Award from the American Psychological Association and the Royal Society of Medicine, both of which are located in London, England.
In The Talking Dog, von osten is able to show us a fascinating anomaly: our dogs appear to be able to understand the meaning behind words even when they haven’t heard them before. He explained that the reason he came across the talking dog phenomenon was due to the fact that dogs use the same processes as humans when processing verbal information. He discovered that dogs make use of an illusion known as the stumpfog effect, which is basically a fancy name for what’s known as the “illusory auditory system.” This is what allows a person to understand speech even if they’ve never heard it before.
Von Osten, in The Talking Dog that dogs utilize the same method as humans in processing spoken words. Their ability to connect certain sound-ixtures, such as clicks and snaps in a sentence, with a visual image is the main reason. Dogs use the same neural connections as humans to interpret visual information they receive.
Von Osten recorded a range of dog sounds and asked owners to watch a video of the same words being spoken by a person to verify this. The dog owners were asked to rate how well they understood the meaning of the video. The results were astonishing The more effort the dog owner put into hearing the sound the better they judged the speaker. Dogs process sound and video in the same way. The dogs also were able to recall the names of speakers they heard.
In addition to talking dogs, von Osten also has written books on the subject. The book What Every Dog Owner Needs to Know provides information on the talking dog experiment as well as explanations of the theory. In the book, the theory is further explained, and the number of slips or buttons that are used are explained. The idea is not completely novel, but it is new to dog owners, and a lot of the details are new to me as well. While I have read about other researchers who have achieved similar results, I am unable to confirm the validity of the idea.
In conclusion, while the book isn’t a scientific replication of the Talking Dog phenomenon, I do find it a very interesting read and think that it is definitely worth your time. I am not a scientist, therefore I am unable to verify the truthfulness of any claims in the book. I am however a very big fan of the concept and am sure that other dog lovers will see this as a great method to learn about the nature of their pet. Just as smart Hans canaries who wag throughout an interview, my dog is able to talk to anyone, at any time, by speaking whatever comes to his mind. It’s incredible. I look to reading more books by the author possibly in his “Dog Whisperer” series.
